Ordering a custom lace wig is better than a stock lace wig for 3 reasons: #1 - Measurement Mismatch: Custom lace wigs require your 6 head measurements and therefore guarantee a proper fit every time. Stock wigs are premade with 6 predetermined head measurements. One or more of those measurements are likely different than your measurements. This will require you to alter/shave your natural hairline to get a stock wig to fit properly. #2 - Lace Color Mismatch: Custom lace wigs allow you to match skin tone to lace color. Most stock lace wigs are made with light brown lace and that's fine if your skin tone is light brown. If your skin tone is dark chocolate, the illusion of growing from your scalp is blown!! #3 - The Perfect Wig: Customizing a lace wig allows you to design the perfect lace wig look that you desire without sacrificing any options. Buying stock may mean that you end up finding the right length but not the right texture, or the right texture and not the right color blends. You may find that your stock wig meets 2 of your desired options but not all. Customize your own wig and be confident in your investment.
